Erinn manages the county’s fleet acquisition department and is responsible for formulating and preparing specifications. For acquisitions, she considers total cost of ownership, such as maintenance, fuel consumption, and depreciation. She also monitors residual values and resale values as she plans for replacement equipment.
She engages with her team and encourages a collaborative environment, bring each one of her teammates into the full spectrum of the operation, according to Michael Naletko, fleet operations manager. She encourages them to take advantage of career-advancement opportunities.

Professional accomplishments: Since taking over the department, she has revamped procedures, created policies, and improved relationships within the organization. “Erinn has completely transformed her section of Fleet into a positive, morale-boosting work environment,” says Naletko.
Off the clock: Working on her truck and going to truck competitions.
Favorite vacation: Two weeks in Hawaii.
Extracurricular: Supports cancer-related funds, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and community projects through her church.
Fun fact: Erinn has three American Bullies and one Shorty Bull that she enters in area dog shows.
