As project equipment manager, Brent has worked with teams around the country. “It never takes him long to develop great team cohesion and buy-in,” said Brian Connolly, corporate equipment director, Superior Construction, in his nomination of Brent.
Brent is currently responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance operations on a project constructing two dry docks on the east coast. This includes assembly/disassembly director for crane operations, PM management, and coordinating equipment staff and technicians.
Education: BHSc, Pittsburg State University.
Professional accomplishments: Selected to run some of Kiewit’s most difficult projects, NCCCO crane operator’s license, his projects have had no recordable incidents or lost-time accidents.
Off the clock: Golf, shooting sports, concerts, and sporting events.
Extracurricular: Supporter of Kiewit’s Jakefest event to support CureSearch, an organization dedicated to serving children battling cancer., and the Muscular Distrophy Association.
Fun fact: Brent is currently training for his private pilot license.
