Chelsea became third-generation majority owner of her family’s asphalt maintenance business at 24, which has allowed it to grow as a minority and woman-owned business. She hires from community programs that help young minority adults get trade experience. Chelsea went to entrepreneurship straight out of high school, and focuses on growing the company through using the latest products, systems, and equipment.
Professional accomplishments: Working with her father, she has grown Jim Reynolds to a six-figure business. She was named a Louisville Business Forty Under 40 in 2021.
Off the clock: Mentoring youth and teaching others in the community about entrepreneurship, generational wealth, and financial literacy.
