AshBritt is a rapid-response emergency management, logistics, and disaster response contractor. In response to the pandemic, the company has built field hospitals, run community vaccine centers, and fed members of the National Guard. In 2020, Brittany also launched AshBritt’s construction division. “Since she has been CEO, the company and its owners have given more than $5 million back into the community,” says Gerardo Castillo. “She also invites students to tour operations and learn about careers in the field, encourages interns, and speaks about the importance of seeing more women in operations and in the field.”  

Education: Juris Doctor, The University of Texas School of Law.

Accomplishments: Brittany managed the 2017 California wildfire mission in Sonoma, Napa, Lake, and Mendocino Counties, which at the time was the largest debris removal cleanup in California since the 1906 San Francisco earthquake. She lived in Sonoma for six months leading operations.

Off the clock: Brittany enjoys participating in sprint triathlons and spending time with her family.

Favorite vacation: Her wedding in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

Extracurricular: She makes it a goal to engage with the communities where AshBritt works. It identifies and supports local, small, veteran-, and minority-owned businesses in communities post-disaster.
