Accomplishments: Provided on-site support for the 3D asphalt paving efforts indoors at the US Bank Stadium, enabling the contractor to meet extremely tight tolerances in what is believed to be a first for paving a stadium playing surface. Training and on-site support for Intelligent Compaction and 3D milling processes to meet MNDOT specs, including the development of training material that helped address the change management needed for success.
Fun fact: Enjoys maintaining classic vehicles, especially 1960s muscle cars and vintage Polaris snowmobiles.
Favorite vacation: Visiting Alaska with his wife, which included visiting friends who had transplanted from Minnesota.
