Jordan’s parents immigrated from Cuba and started Zahlene Enterprises in 1982. When his father was killed in a job-site accident, Jordan went to Florida International University to study civil engineering in order to be able to run the company. He has since grown the company into a successful site and civil contractor, and holds a key leadership role in setting the strategic direction of the organization.

Off the clock: Fishing, snowboarding, and traveling.
