Ralph started at Traylor as a co-op student, and has since worked in various equipment and field functions. He was named corporate equipment superintendent in September 2017.

Education: Degree in mechanical engineering technology, certified crane operator and crane inspector.
Professional accomplishments: Ralph supervised the refurbishment of a tunnel boring machine, then oversaw its disassembly and shipment to a project. There, he oversaw the reassembly. It’s always good to see something that you put enormous amounts of energy and hard work into along the way come to life and be a success.
Off the clock: Outdoor activities such as snowboarding, boating, and golf, plus exploring new places and their foods.
Favorite free-time activity: Experiencing new places and new activities with his kids: first fish, first time sleeping in a tent, first rollercoaster.
Extracurricular: Volunteered with Corazon to help build a schoolhouse near Tecate, Mexico. Coach multiple youth soccer teams and assist with youth baseball.
