Professional accomplishments: When I became manager of robotics and video equipment, we had a huge backlog of repairs and a high average repair cost. I had one repair technician and an equipment trainer. I hired four more technicians and put together a plan to tackle the work that was ahead of us. We have cut our repair backlog and reduced repair costs. I have my EMS (Equipment Manager Specialist) certification through AEMP.
Off the clock: Spending time with my wife and children; building computers.
Extracurricular: We support various organizations, including Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Children’s Home Society.
