Class: 2014 Age: 28 Company: Bilfinger Westcon, Inc.
Education: B.S., Construction Management, North Dakota State University
Professional accomplishments: We’ve implemented the use of GPS units in our fleet to increase safety and productivity, as well as increase tracking ability. We’ve implemented equipment numbering structure and set up an ERP system to track costs on pieces of equipment and by type of repair. This allows detailed cost and revenue reports to be generated by category as well as by piece of equipment. We are in the process of implementing a rental-tracking program for our rental equipment in the field.
Favorite activity: I love spending time with my husband and four-year-old son, and I take a ton of pictures that I can scrapbook. Documenting these memories gives us something to look back on each year so we can remember each age.
Extracurricular: Recently completed a four-year term serving on the Lincoln, N.D. City Commission where I focused on city beautification, Park Board, and the construction of the new elementary school.
Fun Fact: Working on my EMS (Equipment Manager Specialist) through AEMP University.
