A man has been arrested after allegedly stealing a compact track loader from a downtown Nashville, Tennessee, construction site that he used to remove items from the exterior of Bridgestone Arena.

According to a report from WSMV4.com, a witness told authorities that 47-year-old Donald Bilby took a Kubota SVL75-2 compact track loader from a construction site on 8th Street North and drove it over Bridgestone Arena, where he loaded a Jack Daniel’s barrel onto the machine and drove away.

The general contractor at the construction site told officers that Bilby entered the area by “pulling down a fence,” before he drove off with the skid steer, according to the report.

Bilby was arrested and charged with felony burglary, vehicle theft, property theft, and vandalism.
