eRoutes 3.0 is a web-based software and mobile app that tracks trucks hauling asphalt for a paving project. Released by Caterpillar and Trimble, the system uses telematics to show users where their company owned or for-hire trucks are and when they will arrive at a job site or return to the asphalt plant.
The system allows site managers to align project laydown and material delivery by adjusting paving operations, according to the company. It is adjustable for any fleet size or application.
eRoutes will be supported by Sitech dealers in collaboration with participating Cat dealers.
