Nikola truck reignites

One of four trucks that caught fire in June

Four Nikola electric trucks caught fire at the company’s headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona in June, and one of the trucks reignited this past weekend, according to news reports.

The original fire has been under arson investigation. The most recent fire involved one of the same trucks. Reports say the truck’s battery cells were burning at more than 800 degrees and that it could take 12 to 24 hours to bring it under control.
