The ESCO Ultralok is the first construction tooth system to integrate the locking mechanism into the tooth, reducing inventory demand and simplifying replacement of worn teeth in the field. The hammerless locking mechanism is pressed into a recess in the tooth casting and locks by rotating it with any simple prying tool. A slimmer profile improves penetration, which increases productivity and reduces fuel consumption. The Ultralok system is available in eight sizes with dozens of styles of teeth and adapters.
