The RD 27 Series ride-on roller is offered in two models — the RD 27-100, with a 39.4-inch drum width, and the RD 27-120, with a 47.2-inch drum width. Each model has two vibration frequencies. Operators can easily control the exciter frequency by the throttle lever, which adjusts the centrifugal force to the high or low position. Operators can choose front-drum only or dual-drum vibration depending on the job. A single hydraulic control lever with built-in vibration control switch is easy to use, Wacker says.
