CPG 150 generator from Chicago Pneumatic Power Technique (CP) has been reengineered, and the GPG 200 is a new unit in the CPG lineup.

The generators have John Deere 6068 Tier 4-F diesels, with the CPG 150 rated at 150 kVA/120 kW, and the CPG 200 at 200 kVA/160 kW. Both units offer dual frequency capabilities.

An AREP alternator excitation system enables the operator to have stable power in less than 6 seconds in any weather condition, according to the company.

An internal 335-gallon fuel tank provides power for 44 hours at 75 percent load on the CPG 150 or 37 hours at 100 percent load. The CPG 200 operates for 37 hours at 75 percent load or 28 hours at 100 percent load. The polyethylene fuel tank provides safe diesel storage while eliminating tank corrosion contaminants from being introduced to the fuel system. The units have an integrated fuel water separator and filter. A variable speed fan lowers noise and reduces fuel consumption.

The generators are available as standard dual-axle trailers or as optional skid-mounted units with forklift pockets.

Large access doors and panels provide service access. Heavy-duty oil, air, and fuel filters extend the maintenance interval to less than two hours of service for every 500-hour interval. They have triple stage air filtration with a safety cartridge and dual stage fuel filtration.
