BKT offers four forestry product lines: Forestech; FS 216; TR 678; and F 240.
The Forestech line, says BKT, is especially suited to forwarders and features a sturdy bead and reinforced shoulder area to ensure high puncture-resistance, as well as optimum traction in varied terrain. The FS 216 is suited for skidder use, says the company, and is designed for cut and tear resistance, high load capacity, and self-cleaning. Steel-belted or aramid-belted versions are available in all sizes. The TR 678, designed for forestry harvesters, can be used also for excavation operations. The F 240 features a special tread compound formulated to extended tire life cycle, along with cut, wear, and tear resistance.
