The Loftness Stump Ax features a 200 cc high-torque radial piston motor that is compatible with skid steers and compact track loaders with hydraulic flow rates between 30 and 60 gpm.
The stump grinder uses a rigid mount that allows the operator to reposition the power unit instead of swinging the cutting wheel. An angled hitch and forward-reaching boom provide the operator with visibility and control.
The grinder uses the Phantom Wheel with Tomahawk teeth from Leonardi that deliver high strength and fast cutting performance for vegetation. The Phantom Wheel’s cut-outs create a see-through effect for improved visibility and a chain deflector for containment of wood chips.
