The Fecon FMX Excavator Bull Hog is a mulching attachment for mid-size excavators ranging in operating weight from 5 to 10 tons.
The new attachment, weighing 1,050 pounds, has a 50-inch cutting width and a variable motor that can be adjusted for flows from 12 to 40 gpm. According to Fecon, the Bull Hog features a split ring rotor design with reversible cubit teeth, allowing the unit to mulch 4-inch material and, intermittently, up to 6-inch material.
