The L938F has a 2.5-cubic yard bucket with breakout force of 21,132 lb.-ft. The L948F has a 3-cubic-yard bucket with 34,621 lb.-ft. of breakout force. Full-turn tipping load for the L938F is 14,400 pounds; 20,700 pounds for the larger L948F.
