Toro TX 427

Sept. 28, 2010
Available in narrow- and wide-track configurations, TX 427 compact utility loaders are the successors to Toro's popular TX 420 and TX 425 models. Driven by 27-horsepower Kohler gas engines delivering added torque for increased pulling and digging force, the new TX 427 loaders come standard with a heavy-duty, two-stage air cleaner for efficient operation in the harshest environments. Both TX 427 models have a rated operating capacity of 535 pounds, but at a machine width of 41 inches, the wide-track model generates ground pressure of 3.5 pounds per square inch, compared to 5.1 generated by the 33.7-inch-wide narrow-track model. Featuring four independent hydraulic pumps, TX 427 compact utility loaders deliver 16.9 gallons per minute (gpm) of flow to each track, as well as 11.4 gpm to the auxiliary hydraulics and 6 gpm to the loader arm. The auxiliary hydraulics pump 19 horsepower to any of the multitude of Toro compact utility loader attachments compatible to the TX 427 loaders.
