Scott Harris is the new president, North America, for CNH Industrial, replacing Vilmar Fistarol. Fistarol will remain in an advisory role with CNH during the first half of 2025.
Harris brings multifaceted experience across the company’s agricultural operations, formerly serving as global brand president of Case IH and Steyr, according to the company. In North America, he has led both the financial services business—CNH Capital—and the parts & service division. He has also led the Case Construction Equipment, New Holland Construction, and Case IH brands in North America. Across these leadership roles, he has gained intimate knowledge of our Case IH and New Holland brands, their dealer networks, and customers across the region, according to the company.
New leader for CNH EMEA region
CNH also announced a new president for its EMEA region. Current president Carlo Alberto Sisto has stepped down, and Markus Muller will join the company on March 1, 2025. In the interim, Stefano Pampalone, agriculture chief commercial officer, will assume the role of president, EMEA, in addition to his current responsibility. He will work with Muller to ensure a smooth transition, the company said.
Muller moves from Deutz AG, bringing with him a wealth of relevant industrial and commercial experience, according to CNH. He was most recently CTO and chief sales officer, and served on the Deutz executive board.
“Vilmar is stepping down as president, North America at the end of 2024 after 34 years of outstanding service, having positively impacted many areas of our business across our global regions,” said Gerrit Marx, CEO. “He hands over the reins to Scott, who is the natural choice to lead North America.”
