A new line of compact utility loaders starts with the 9,590-pound CD30-1. Powered by a Komatsu 4-cylinder, direct-injection, turbocharged 84-hp diesel, the loader has an operating load of 2,380 pounds at 35 percent tipping load; a tipping load of 6,800 pounds; and bucket breakout force of 4,978 pounds. Standard two-speed transmission allows the operator to match ground speeds with the work at hand, the company says.
