Wacker Neuson Group recorded Q2 sales of about $747 million, up 26.8% from the $589 million reported in the same period in 2022.
First-half performance included a doubling of the company’s earnings to about $189 million, compared to $94 million in the first half of 2022. The company attributed the increase to “the adjustment of selling prices to reflect increases in the cost of materials and to the flexibilization of pricing models.”

North American sales grew 48.3% in the first half to about $321 million. The company said demand for new and rental equipment was high in the region.
Supply chain issues continue to plague the company, it said.
“The supply chain problems continue to manifest themselves in increased inventories of work in progress and higher stock levels. Overall, the situation has eased noticeably compared to 2022. However, occasional delays in the delivery of production-relevant parts continue to cause delays in production and remain a challenge.”
