The E18 Series JLG elevating work platforms include the E18MCL—with lift height of 18 feet indoors / 13 feet outdoors—and the indoor-only E18MLL—lift height 18 feet. The vertical-lift MEWPs have a platform capacity of 450 pounds.
They are powered by DC electric drive system with batteries mounted under the platform, with weight distribution designed for efficient loading and unloading.
The lifts have solid, non-marketing tires and use scissor-style steering. The JLG E18MML lift is rated for indoor use only and is equipped with caster wheels. Both models have a zero turning radius and 30-percent gradeability.
The vertical lift units come standard a pressure-based load system that monitors the load of persons, materials, and tools in the platform to ensure the machines’ capacity ratings are not exceeded. An improved roller system on the extension deck and re-engineered mast guards reduce the potential for debris to accumulate and hinder the operation.
