Deutz sets up a service network and makes its case to maintain whole goods.

Deutz has undertaken an interesting business strategy. The German engine-maker, which already has a major presence in the U.S., is expanding its service capabilities to whole goods--meaning your entire fleet.

Spencer McHugh from Deutz explained the move to Construction Equipment's Frank Raczon covering choosing territories, finding and training technicians, warranty work, and why managers should consider an engine manufacturer for total service.
