Kevin Schlangen, CEM, is the fleet manager for Dakota County, Minnesota, and is a former Construction Equipment and AEMP Fleet Masters Award winner.
His diverse, mixed fleet includes everything from excavators to snowplows to chainsaws, as well as responsibility for pickups, police vehicles, and other rolling stock. Many county departments rely on Dakota County Fleet Management for maintenance.
