Vermeer Mid Atlantic has acquired Vermeer Northeast, a dealer partner of Vermeer Corp. with locations in New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. According to the company, the move makes it one of the largest Vermeer dealer partners in the country. The All Roads company now has 15 locations covering South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
“Vermeer Mid Atlantic’s demonstrated market leadership is greatly enhanced by the addition of Vermeer Northeast,” said Mark Boyle, president, in a press release.
The company will rebrand itself Vermeer All Roads.
“We have great respect for and pride in our heritage and our brands which have been the foundation of our organization, including Vermeer Mid Atlantic, Vermeer Sales and Service Inc., and Vermeer Northeast,” said Boyle.
All Roads, Baltimore, Maryland, is a multi-channel retail and commercial services company with 16 brands through its four operating divisions: Vermeer All Roads, Kenworth Mid Atlantic, Norris Automotive Group, and the Norris Commercial Division.
