Trimble GCSFlex Grade-control System

March 8, 2011

Designed for small to mid-sized excavators and contractors, the GCSFlex grade-control system is billed as a reliable, flexible and affordable option for leveraging machine-control technology. The system comes with several sensor options starting from the low-cost “system in a case” solution and adding more capabilities as needs arise. Installation can be done by the contractor and typically takes less than two hours, Trimble says, with no welding or drilling required. The system uses some of the same components in the company’s GCS900 3D grade control systems.
