Trailer Full of Construction Equipment Stolen in Pennsylvania

A man who owns a contracting business in Chester County, Pennsylvania called police after someone stole his trailer filled with construction equipment early Monday morning.

According to a report from 6 Action News, the owner of the equipment, Anthony Peabody, said his trailer was stolen on the 1100 block of Brintons Bridge Road in Birmingham Township. Surveillance video shows the suspect driving away with the trailer attached to a truck early Monday morning.

Anthony told authorities he immediately called police when he saw his trailer was gone. He said the trailer is worth around $15,000, and the contents inside around $20,000.

Birmingham police say they are continuing to investigate the theft.
