Worker Killed Running Toward Another Accident

    A construction worker was struck and killed in a hit-and-run on I-66 in Fairfax County, Virginia, according to Virginia State Police.

    Authorities said Johnathan Franzell, 32, saw two cars crash on the interstate and left his work vehicle to help. Another car struck him as he ran to render aid.
