PS-AS robotic total stations are designed for applications such as stakeout, and as a key component of a Local Positioning System used for 3D machine control.

The auto-tracking total station series combines the latest in tracking, motorized turning, angle accuracy and software technology, Topcon says. Features include TSshield, the company’s security and maintenance technology, and PowerTrac technology to increase prism tracking power. Data collector software options include Topcon’s Pocket3D or MAGNET Field Site. The series is available in 1- and 3-arc-second interval versions. The standard kit includes two batteries, dual-tray battery charger, USB flash drive, and accessories.
