Tamrock Ranger Rock Pilot series

Sept. 28, 2010

Tamrock Tamrock's Ranger Rock Pilot series of drilling rigs has a new drilling control system that guarantees straight hole quality, the company says. The control adjusts drilling power automatically, reacting to changing rock formations and adjusting the power sent to the rock. The series also has a large fuel tank, 30-percent larger than its predecessor, which allows the Ranger to drill more than 12 hours without a stop.
