Prinoth Panther T16 Tracked Carrier Hauls Attachments With Low PSI
Oct. 6, 2015
The Panther T16 track carrier from Prinoth generates extremely low ground pressure even when loaded to its maximum capacity of 33,500 pounds, the company says.
Through optimum load distribution over its exclusive chassis design, the unit can be outfitted with specialized attachments to work in the electric utility, construction, oil and gas, and mining sectors. It features a one- or two-person cab, large deck space, and a Caterpillar C7.1 ACERT Tier 4-Final diesel engine. The basic vehicle achieves 1.83-psi ground pressure, which rises to 4.1 psi when fully loaded.
Track options include metal-embedded solid rubber tracks or traditional D-dent system.
The T16 is available with an 11.5-cubic-yard dump box or flatbed options.
