Seven two-speed Auger Drives for skid steers, backhoes, mini-excavators, and excavators are built for the contractor that encounters variable conditions requiring the balance between torque and speed.

The auger drives automatically shift on demand when high-torque conditions, such as rock, are present, and returns to low torque when the digging conditions ease. There is no manual shifting, no case drain, and all units are made in the USA. The drive units are built with a direct-drive planetary design and two-speed motors with output shafts of 2 inches, 2.5 inches, and 3-inch Hexagon. Torque outputs range from 1,706 lb.-ft. to 33,439 lb.-ft. at 3,500 psi.
