To replace Telsmith’s existing Vibro-King and Specmaker inclined vibrating screen product lines, the Vibro-King TL Series has a shaft assembly with a revolutionary “never-wear” seal design that eliminates contact seals for less maintenance and longer service life. For greater bearing life, all TL Series shaft assemblies utilize wide-series bearings and polished shaft-bearing journals. A large-diameter shaft casing boosts oil volume to allow lower operating temperatures and fewer oil changes. The Vibro-King TL inclined vibrating screens are available in both single- and dual-shaft models, and in dimensions from as compact as 5 feet by 14 feet to as large as 8 feet by 24 feet. Multiple flat and crowned deck designs facilitate working with various screen media types.
