Vogele Super 800-5 P Asphalt Paver

Mini class Super 800-5 P Vogele paver, in combination with the extending screeds AB 200 and AB 220, can pave widths between 0.5 m and 3.5 m. The Dash-5 paver has an optimized material hopper, where both hopper walls can be adjusted hydraulically. They can also be folded in two, giving the operator an unrestricted view to the front.

The operator’s platform includes the ErgoBasic control console that can be moved horizontally. Its angle can now also be adjusted in four stages and ergonomically adapted to the height of the operator. The ErgoBasic 5 operating concept follows the operating logic of the larger machines but has been specially adapted to the mini paver. The console incorporates a display that allows the operator to view operating data.

Auto Grade Basic system for automated grade and slope control has been integrated into the machine control system, allowing screed operators to control the Super 800-5 P compactly via a console.
