The Cart-Away Mini Belt Loader is a way to load a portable concrete mixer trailer for small concrete batching, particularly in remote locations.
The bolt-together 7-foot conveyor sets at the right height to move the concrete materials into the drum for mixing. The loader, with its fast-moving conveyor, can load one trailer or a fleet of trailers without stopping, the company says. It uses hydraulic power, just like larger concrete batching equipment. The conveyor system weighs less than 1,000 pounds and has a footprint of only 59x 85 inches. The frame, conveyor, legs, and hydraulic power unit are all powder coated for durability.
