The CP75 asphalt paver has a hopper capacity of 8 tons. Powered by a 74-horsepower Cummins Tier 4-Interim diesel, the unit is paired with a 2-speed planetary drive. The paver has screen-mounted controls and direct-connect cable steering. Analog readouts provide engine monitoring and diagnostic information.
One-piece forward-tilting hood, along with an access panel in the hopper, provides accessibility to the engine compartment and hydraulics. Remote greasing stations and accessible tension points for the material conveyor ease service.
The CP75 has horizontal sliding damper doors that give the operator 10 inches of ground clearance below the auger box and allows for paving from 0 to 4 feet by closing the doors.
The High Flow Material Conveyor utilizes dual 35 1⁄2-inch heat- and oil-resistant rubberized belts fixed to chain-driven slats that transfers material to the augers without segregating the mix.
The EZC813 heated screed is standard, providing a paving width of 8 to 13 feet. Also available is the EZC815, which paves from 8 to 15 feet.
