OEM Data Delivery recently launched its ST-576-M, an RFID engine meter that captures and securely transmits data for use in maintenance planning, service and utilization data.
The ST-576-M is suitable for highway vehicles and heavy trucks. The device is also wireless, paperless and hands-free. The company says it is “the only wireless hour meter that has cumulative, idling, working hours, and machine miles based on engine operation.” The unit is equipped with a push button for calibration and asset identification within the various OEM Data Delivery fuel systems as well as an internal GPS device.
