With models ranging from 5 to 40 kilowatts, Next Generation Power's low-speed, radiator-cooled generator product line is particularly suited for service truck, construction and industrial applications, the company says. Driven by four-cycle, water-cooled Kubota engines, the single-bearing Next Gen sets operate at 1,800 rpm, feature a brushless rotating field exciter and generator-mounted solid-stage electric voltage regulator, and are offered with a channel sub-frame base or four-point isolation mounts. A 12-volt electric starter and battery charging alternator, dry air cleaner and easy-drain oil change system are among standard equipment.
