According to Minnich, the A-1-UTL has minimum air requirements and performs better than electric hammer drills. The unit can drill either vertically or horizontally and it’s lightweight for easy loading. Two models are available: A-1-24 UTL, which will fit in a 24-inch space and achieve a 7-inch hole depth; or the A-1-30 UTL, which will fit in a 30-inch space and drill a 10-inch-deep hole. The A-1-UTL works well in small spaces that restrict many larger drills.
