The J6 McCloskey crusher features a large, deep chamber, with an optional factory-fit rock hammer available to maximize resources on site. The 48x34-inch jaw opening accommodates large feed sizes.
The material path is enhanced with a double deck grizzly prescreen measureing 47.4 inches by 7 feet 8.8 inches.
The J6 has an angle-adjustable 55-inch wide main conveyor that can produce a stockpile up to 16 feet 9.8 inches high. Standard side conveyor has a 32-inch adjustable speed belt fueling a stockpile height of 13 feet.
A 12-inch DSE control panel provides push button control of the jaw, track, and feeder functions. The crusher is fitted with a telematics modem for the new 365SiteConnex program, which collects, analyzes, and delivers information on the crusher.
Safety features include engine safety shutdown systems, start-up alarms, full safety guarding, external maintenance access, and a tagout capability on the isolator.
