The LX-1403 heavy-duty quick release coupler is designed to firmly latch onto the grease fitting with a leak-proof seal for the goal of hands-free greasing.
It has a working pressure of 15,000 psi and burst pressure of 22,000 psi. Hardened 4-jaws are engineered to withstand high pressures without deformation, the company says. The integrated non-return valve enables the unit to be disconnected easily at high pressures. The compact 2.9-inch length x 1.2-inch height allows use in small, tight spaces. The LX-1403 has an integrated 1/8-inch NPT connection, and is comparable with all sizes and forms of mounts. Fits all SAE and metric grease fittings and may be used on hand, battery-powered or air-operated grease guns and bulk grease pumps.
