MS595 and MS695 tampers can be utilized in trenches, building sites, and road construction.
A new six-inch foot size version of the MS595 joins the traditional 9- and 11-inch models. Built with a large fuel tank for longer runtime, the new tampers are equipped with a Honda four-stroke GX R120 3.6-horsepower engine. Tailor-made for tampers, the engines give operators more power and good fuel economy and feature a dedicated lubrication system, the company says. To reduce the noise level, Chicago Pneumatic designed a new compact muffler and overhead camshaft design.
