Fuel injection in the new Cub Cadet 4x4 EFI pushes the 748-cubic-centimeter Kohler Aegis engine to 31 horsepower to deliver 100 pounds more payload (1,400 pounds total) than Cub's standard 4x4 and top speed of 32 miles per hour. The division of MTD Corp. builds its UTVs with four-wheel dual A-arm wishbone suspension and 8-inch coil-over shocks. The 4x2 FIS will be upgraded to include all the features of its 4x4 counterpart at a price reduced to $6,999. All Cub Cadet UTVs will be renamed Volunteers in 2008.
