The WA200-8 wheel loader uses a 126-horsepower Komatsu engine that consumes 4 percent less fuel than its predecessor. It features parallel-lift linkage, “change-on-the-fly” coupler, the company's fourth-generation hydrostatic drive train with variable traction control, and an adjustable creep mode (1 to 8 mph) for handling powered attachments.
Cab refinements include a high-back/heated seat, 7-inch LCD color monitor with Ecology Guidance, and a dedicated rearview monitor.
Service features include an auto-reversing cooling fan and gull-wing doors to facilitate maintenance. The WA200-8 is fitted with the Komatsu KOMTRAX telematics system and is covered by the Komatsu CARE program for the first three years or 2,000 hours, whether rented, leased or purchased.
