The latest generation of dewatering pumps from ITT Flygt is the
six-model 2600-Series (2610, 2620, 2630, 2640, 2660 and 2670) with power ranging from 1.2 to 27 horsepower. According to the company, the new pumps are designed to handle dewatering chores at sites including construction, mines, quarries and other harsh applications. The new pumps have discharge outlets from 2-inch NPT through 6-inch NPT, provide hydraulic performance from 150 to 1,400 gpm, and heads from 40 to 230 feet. The pumps feature the company's patented DuraSpin hydraulic system and use a newly designed impeller, which is said to improve wear resistance and sustain performance over time.
