Deere to Transfer Portion of Production to Mexico

Company expects to ramp down production of certain loaders early 2026.

Deere is set to transfer a portion of its production of skid steer and compact track loaders from the company's Dubuque Works plant to a planned new facility in Mexico in 2026.

According to a report from Telegraphherald.com, the exact number of employees to be affected by the move is not yet clear. Deere officials said about 200 production and 25 salaried employees at the Dubuque plant support the manufacturing of the equipment slated for relocation.
