The Yonhap News Agency in Korea is reporting that Hyundai Construction Equipment (HCE) plans to acquire all remaining stakes in two construction equipment operations affiliated with its Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Co. (KSOE). The move, according to the report, will enable HCE to the its equipment business.
The two entities are Hyundai Heavy Industries Brasil-Manufacturing and Trading of Construction Equipment, and Hyundai Heavy Industries (China) Investment Co.
