The 8115L wheel loader is a 100-horsepower all-wheel-steer unit with an operating weight of 13,338 pounds. Straight tip bucket load is 9,480 pounds. The loader has a rigid one-piece chassis that the company says prevents shifts in the center of gravity. Hinge pin height is 12 feet.
Three steering modes are available and can be changed while the loader is in motion. The 4-wheel steering mode features a tight turning radius; 2-wheel mode operates with only front wheels steering; and crab-steer mode has both the front and rear wheels turning in the same direction.
The enclosed cab has wide doors, adjustable and telescoping steering wheel, intuitive joystick controls, and 360-degree visibility of the job site.
